These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through Southern Light Art Co. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
Our products
Southern Light Art Co. sells wall art, personalised products, gifts, educational products and digital downloads.
Many physical products are made to order. Because products may be produced by different fulfilment facilities, minor variations in colour, positioning, finish or appearance may occur.
Colours displayed on a screen may also vary slightly from the finished printed product due to differences between displays and printing processes.
Personalised products
Where a product is personalised, you are responsible for checking the information you provide, including names, dates, wording, locations and other customisation details.
We will produce personalised products using the information supplied with your order. Please contact us as soon as possible if you discover an error. Once production has begun, changes may no longer be possible.
Where customers provide photographs or other material for personalisation, they confirm that they have the necessary rights or permission to use that material for the requested product.
We reserve the right to decline personalisation requests that are unlawful or that infringe the rights of another person.
Orders and payment
Prices and available payment methods are displayed on our website.
An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been accepted for fulfilment.
If we are unable to fulfil an order, we may cancel it and issue an appropriate refund.
Digital products
Digital products are supplied electronically and no physical item will be shipped unless the product description specifically states otherwise.
Digital products purchased for personal use may not be resold, redistributed, shared, reproduced commercially or made available for others to download unless the product listing expressly grants those rights.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, artwork, designs, photographs, graphics, text and other original content created by Southern Light Art Co. remain the intellectual property of their respective rights holders.
Purchasing a physical product does not transfer copyright or other intellectual-property rights in the underlying design.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

Returns and refunds
Returns, cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
Personalised or custom-made products and digital products may have different cancellation rights from standard physical products.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices and other information on our website are accurate.
Occasionally errors may occur. Where an obvious error affects an order, we will contact you and take appropriate steps to correct the issue.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits your statutory consumer rights.
To the extent permitted by law, Southern Light Art Co. will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when an order was placed or for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
